Hydro Static Test Pumps
Perfecto manufactures two styles and sizes of hand-operated Hydro static Test Pump.
P-1000
The Perfecto P-1000 series of pumps are made with heat-treated cast 356 Aluminum bodies, 416 Stainless Steel shafts and have an internal Poppet-style Valve.

- 1000H - Rated to 1000 psig (pictured above)
- 2000H - Rated to 2000 psig (pictured above)
- 1000D6 - Rated to 1000 psig with 600# Pressure Gauge Deluxe Upgrade (pictured below)
- 1000D10 - Rated to 1000 psig with 1000# Pressure Gauge Deluxe Upgrade (pictured below)
Perfecto's 1000H pump is also available with a Deluxe Upgrade. The Deluxe Upgrade adds a Swivel Hose Inlet, Shut-Off Valve, Bleed Valve, 10" pipe handle, and a 600 psi or 1000 psi Pressure Gauge.
P-300
For higher volume, lower pressure testing, we also manufacture a Vertical acting pump, the P-300. Like the P-1000 pumps the body is heat- treated cast 356 Aluminum, the shaft is 416 Stainless Steel, and instead of Poppet-style valves, Bronze Ball-type Check Valves with female pipe threads are used. The P-300 test pump is also available with a Deluxe Upgrade. Deluxe Upgrade adds a Swivel Hose Inlet, Shut-Off Valve, Bleed Valve, Handle, and a 600 psi Pressure Gauge.
